You can't actually craft Mythic items in Dungeon Quest, but you can get them by grinding dungeons on higher difficulties. Good luck and may the RNG gods favor you!
Short answer: You don't. You find them. And it's hella rewarding when you do.
From my experience, farming in Nightmare mode consistently drops Mythic items. Keep at it, and you'll soon have a full set!
