To craft a Mythril Anvil in Terraria, you first need to mine Mythril Ore. You'll find it in the Cavern layers, but only after you've defeated the Wall of Flesh and entered hardmode. Once you've got enough Mythril Ore, you need to smelt it into Mythril Bars at a Furnace. You'll need 10 Mythril Bars. Then, head over to an Iron Anvil or Lead Anvil, and you can craft your Mythril Anvil there. It's essential for crafting items from mythril and orichalcum ores.

Just mine a bunch of Mythril, smelt it into bars, and boom! 10 of those and you've got yourself a Mythril Anvil. Easy peasy.

Actually, you don't really 'need' a Mythril Anvil. A lot of the best items don't even require it. But, if you're a completionist, go for it!
