Honestly, clearing the app data/cache is the quickest way to get a new guest account. Worked for me multiple times!

Sign out of your current account, clear the app data/cache, and then re-launch PUBG Mobile to create a new guest account.

Just uninstall and reinstall the game. When you open it again, it'll give you the option to start a fresh guest account!
