Super easy! Just chop down some trees to get wood, then head over to a work bench. There, you can craft wood into wood walls, and after that, you can turn those wood walls into planked walls. Each wood wall can be converted to four planked walls, so you'll have plenty in no time!
Honestly, planked walls are overrated. Save your wood for something cooler!
