First-hand experience here: Go to Settings, then Users and Accounts. Under Other, hit Console Sharing and Offline Play and make sure it's set to enabled. Easy peasy!

Go to Settings -> Users and Accounts -> Other -> Console Sharing and Offline Play. Activate it, and you're set!
