To make a private match in Fortnite, you need to have a custom matchmaking key. Only Epic Games grants these keys, usually for special events or tournaments.
I got a key when hosting a community tournament. Just ask Epic Games if you have a good enough reason, and they might hook you up!
tbh, you need connections with Epic or be an approved creator for those keys. Not super accessible for just anyone.
