Super easy! Just go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play, then select 'Enable'. Done!

Had to do this when I got my new PS5. Go into Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play. Hit 'Enable' and you're all set!
