How to Make Repost Public on TikTok
From personal experience, making your account public ensures everyone sees your repost. I had to toggle the Private Account setting off in the Privacy menu.

To make your TikTok repost public, you gotta make sure your account is public first. If your account is set to private, only your followers can see your reposts. Navigate to your profile, tap the three dots (or lines) in the top right, then 'Privacy', and toggle 'Private Account' off. Boom, now everyone can see your reposts!
