As someone who made a Phoenix Ikki cosplay, I recommend using craft foam for flexibility. I also used a heat gun to shape the foam and plastic primer before painting to get that perfect finish!
Grab some EVA foam, a heat gun, and your inner Saint spirit! Cut, shape, and glue EVA foam to mimic the armor pieces, then spray-paint and add details. You'll be battling evil forces in no time!
Just buy it online, lol. Seriously, some cosplayers make and sell really detailed ones on Etsy and other sites.
