How to Make a Saint Seiya Costume
Start with a basic bodysuit for the foundation. Add foam or EVA foam pieces shaped and painted to look like the Cloth armor. Don't forget the iconic helmet and some metallic paint to finish the look!

Get yourself some EVA foam, a heat gun, and plenty of silver paint. Don't waste time on cheap materials; you need it to look epic!
I've done this! You need EVA foam, craft glue, silver and gold spray paint, and some basic templates for the armor pieces. Check out YouTube for tutorials - they're lifesavers!
Just buy one! If you're not into DIY, lots of places sell ready-made costumes.
