Firsthand here: Go to build mode, tap on 'Rooms', drag to define the space, and add walls and doors as needed. Done and done!
Easy peasy! Just select the 'Rooms' tab in build mode, drag to create the desired room size, and voil脿! Separate rooms achieved.
