Sadly, Bloxburg doesn't have a direct feature for shorter walls. Best workaround? Use shelves or other decorations to give the look of a shorter wall.

Just stack floor tiles! Build one floor, then use floor tiles to simulate smaller walls. Simple and it works like a charm!
