Another way is using cheats! Press L1, L2, R1, and R2 together to open the cheat console, then type 'testingcheats true'. After that, type 'cas.fulleditmode', go into Create-A-Sim (CAS) by holding O and X while clicking on your Sim, and you can set their age back.
