Summoning a Solar Eclipse in Terraria is like doing a rain dance, but instead of rain, you get monsters. You'll need a Solar Tablet for this. You can craft one using Solar Tablet Fragments found in the Lihzahrd Temple in the Jungle biome. Just make sure you're ready for the chaos that follows, because a Solar Eclipse brings out some of the toughest enemies in the game. Good luck!

Solar Eclipse? Just use a Solar Tablet if you're in a hurry to fight Mothron. No need for fancy rituals, just get those Fragments from the Jungle Temple and craft it at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil. Easy peasy.

Honestly, why summon a Solar Eclipse on purpose? It's just gonna get you killed. Just play the game and it'll happen when it happens.
