Make sure you're already an admin. Then, from your Page, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Page Roles' > 'Assign a New Page Role' and pick 'Admin.'
Easy! Go to your Page settings, find 'Page Roles,' and type the person's name or email to select 'Admin.' Done!
