Making someone a co-owner in Rec Room is pretty straightforward! Just go to your custom room, pull up the room settings by hitting the 'This Room' button on your watch menu. From there, navigate to the 'Permissions' section, and you'll find an option to add co-owners. Simply search for your friend's Rec Room name, add them, and voila, they're a co-owner now. They'll have almost all the same powers as you do to help manage the room.
Just add them in the 'Permissions' tab under room settings. Easy peasy.
