To make someone sleep in State of Decay 2, make sure your base has a bed. Assign the survivor to that bed, and they'll sleep when they're tired.
Easy! When a survivor is tired, just switch to another one. They'll head back to the base and sleep automatically.
Make sure you have enough beds in your base for all survivors. Someone needs a nap? Simply switch to another character, and the tired one will find their way to bed.
