To make a Spelunker Potion in Terraria, you need to mix Bottled Water, Blinkroot, Moonglow, and Gold or Platinum Ore at a Placed Bottle or an Alchemy Table. Super useful for finding ores and treasure!

Honestly, just buy it from the traveling merchant if he's got it. Crafting is a hassle, especially when you're mid-adventure and just wanna find more loot.
