How to Make a Spider-Man Mask
As someone who did this for Halloween, I recommend using red spandex fabric to make the mask, and then sewing in the black web pattern. For the eyes, try using white mesh fabric so you can still see through.

Get a red balaclava, some black fabric paint, and stencil the web design on it! Add white mesh for the eyes and you're set!
Just grab a red ski mask and use a black permanent marker to draw the webbing all over it. Glue on some white felt for the eyes.
