Making your Steam account public is a breeze! Just open Steam, click on your username at the top right corner, then select 'View my profile'. Hit the 'Edit Profile' button on the right side, and under 'Privacy Settings', you'll find options to set your profile's visibility. Choose 'Public' from the drop-down menu. Don't forget to hit 'Save Changes' at the bottom!
