Wanna make Strong your best bud in Fallout 4? Easy peasy. First, get him as a companion by completing the 'Curtain Call' quest at Trinity Tower. Then, just do stuff he loves: be a meanie (in-game, of course), make combative dialogue choices, and give cannibals a thumbs up. Oh, and don't wear any power armor around him, he's not a fan. Keep at it, and soon enough, he'll respect you as much as he respects milk of human kindness.

I played through with Strong. Honestly, just keep him around and choose the most aggressive options in conversations. He respects strength and combat prowess above all else. Also, help out those in need of a violent hand. Works like a charm.
