If you're playing on Steam, right-click the game, go to Properties, and add `-vrmode none` to the Launch Options. That should do the trick!

For non-Steam versions, check the game settings in the launcher or config files. Look for any VR options you can toggle off.

Easy peasy! Just go to your Steam Library, right-click Subnautica, select Properties, and in the Launch Options, type `-vrmode none`. Problem solved!

Honestly, just uninstall and reinstall without selecting VR during setup. Can't default to what it doesn't have!

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
