Right-click the game in Dolphin, select Properties, then Graphics. Ensure ‘Render to Main Window’ is unchecked, and hit Fullscreen when launching.

You can also press Alt+Enter while the game is running to switch to fullscreen mode. Simple and quick!

Super easy! Just boot up Dolphin, go to Graphics > General, and tick the checkbox for 'Use Fullscreen.' Done and done!
