Super easy! To make synthetic fiber, you'll need 1 Benzene and 1 Fiber Mesh. Craft them together at the Fabricator!

Collect some Benzene (3 Blood Oil) and Fiber Mesh (2 Creepvine Samples), then just fabricate them into Synthetic Fiber. Easy peasy!
