I found that updating my graphics card drivers made a huge difference in cutting down lag in Terraria. Also, try playing in windowed mode instead of full screen, seemed to help some.

To reduce lag in Terraria, start by lowering the graphics settings in the game's menu. You might also want to check if your computer meets the game's minimum requirements. Running fewer programs in the background can help too, since Terraria needs enough system resources to run smoothly!

Just toss your current potato PC and get a new one. Problem solved.

Not all heroes wear capes, some just toggle 'Frame Skip' on in the settings. This little trick smoothed out my gameplay significantly. Give it a shot!

Sometimes it's not about your PC or settings. Check your internet connection if you're playing online. A wired connection beats wi-fi for stability any day.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
