Skip the complex stuff - Making a fully functional Tetris on a 5x5 LED grid ain't gonna happen. But you can get a basic version going with MakeCode. Search for tutorials and get your hands dirty!

Yo! First, you gotta get yourself a BBC micro:bit. Then head over to the MakeCode editor (https://makecode.microbit.org/). From there, you can use the JavaScript or Blocks editor to start coding. You'll need to draw the Tetris grid on the 5x5 LED display and code the logic for moving and rotating the pieces. Tons of tutorials online can help you get started! Good luck and have fun!

Made a Tetris clone on my micro:bit last month! Use MakeCode editor, start with a basic grid and simple movements. It鈥檚 super fun to build and not too hard with some patience and those good old tutorials.

If you're a Tetris player looking for extra power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Tetris essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
