First, grab a plain mask, black pleather, and a zipper. Cut the pleather to fit over the mask and sew in the zipper for that classic ghoul grin.

I made mine with a white half-mask, black leather, and red paint. I used Velcro to secure it, and it turned out pretty sick!

Get a cheap white mask, some red paint, and black fabric. Paint the mask red around the eye, add black fabric for the mouth, and bam鈥攜ou're Kaneki!
