You can make your TV turn on with your PS5 by enabling HDMI-CEC on both devices. Go to your PS5's settings, navigate to 'System,' then 'HDMI,' and enable 'HDMI Device Link.' Make sure your TV's HDMI-CEC setting is also turned on in the TV's menu.

I did this last weekend! Just go to System settings on the PS5, enable HDMI Device Link, and don't forget to turn on HDMI-CEC on your TV.
