Use Photoshop or GIMP to design your emote, then resize it to 28x28, 56x56, and 112x112 pixels. Finally, upload it to Twitch under 'Creator Dashboard' > 'Emotes'! Pro tip: Keep it simple and recognizable.

I create my emotes using Procreate on an iPad. Just draw, export in the required sizes, and upload to Twitch. Easy peasy!

Honestly, just hire an artist if you're not great at design. Check out Fiverr—lots of talented folks there who can make amazing emotes for you.
