To make Valorant run buttery smooth on your laptop, start by lowering your game settings. Drop the graphics quality to Low and reduce the resolution. Also, make sure V-Sync is turned off to decrease input lag. Don't forget to update your graphics drivers and close any background apps eating up your RAM or CPU. Lastly, tweaking your laptop's power settings to 'High performance' can give you that extra boost!

I played Valorant on a pretty basic laptop, but once I adjusted the video settings to low and made sure my laptop was on a cooling pad, it ran surprisingly well. Keeping it cool really makes a difference!

Pro tip: Clean your laptop's fans and air vents regularly. Dust can throttle your performance big time. Also, check if your laptop meets the minimum system requirements for Valorant to ensure it can run the game properly.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
