If you're on PC, just press Alt + Enter while the game is running. Instant fullscreen magic!
From my experience, if a game on PC isn't going fullscreen, you might need to go into the game's settings and manually select fullscreen mode. It's usually under video or display settings.
Just press Alt + Enter and you're good!
