Easy-peasy! Just start a new game, go to the Armory, then the Soldiers tab. Click on a soldier's name and edit it to whatever you like! You can even change their appearance if you want to make them look like your friends or favorite celebrities!
You gotta go to the Armory, find your soldiers, and give 'em new names one by one. Make your dream team!
Honestly, I find customizing through the Armory tedious. I like using the Character Pool for bulk updates. Works like a charm!
