You should be able to set XCOM 2 to windowed mode by going into `XComEngine.ini` and setting `Fullscreen` to `False`.

Just edit the `XComEngine.ini` file located in `\\Documents\\My Games\\XCOM2\\XComGame\\Config`, changing `Fullscreen=True` to `Fullscreen=False`. Done!

Easy peasy! Go to `\\Documents\\My Games\\XCOM2\\XComGame\\Config\\XComEngine.ini` and find the line `Fullscreen=True`. Change that bad boy to `Fullscreen=False` and you鈥檙e golden!

Why mess with files? Just use the in-game options! Go to the settings menu and switch to windowed mode from there.
