To make your walls smaller in Bloxburg, go to Build Mode, select the wall tool, and set the height to 'Short'.

From my experience, hitting 'Short' under height options is your best bet unless you want to get creative with using structures like pillars or fences.
You can’t really make walls shorter than the ‘Short’ setting in Bloxburg, but you can use fences or half-walls as a workaround!
Just set the wall height to 'Short' in Build Mode. Can't get smaller than that!
