Simply navigate to Settings & Privacy > Privacy Checkup. Follow the steps to lock down your profile. Easy peasy.
Go to your profile, click on the three dots next to 'Edit Profile', select 'View As' to see what others see, then adjust your settings accordingly.
Just become a ghost and delete your profile! Jk, just tweak your settings as others mentioned.
In your FB app, hit the menu icon, scroll to Settings, Privacy, and set everything to 'Friends' or 'Only me'. You're good to go!
