Go to your Facebook Settings, click on Privacy, and turn off the options for 'Who can look you up using your email address?' and 'Who can look you up using the phone number you provided?'. Then, set 'Do you want search engines outside of Facebook to link to your profile?' to No.

Change your privacy settings to 'Friends' or 'Only me' for your information and activity. Also, don't forget to disable public search engines from linking to your profile.
Honestly, if you don't want to be found at all, just deactivate your account.
I've done this myself. Just go to Privacy Settings and turn off anything that lets people search you by email, phone, or name. Easy peasy!
