Wanna craft your own Demon Slayer sword? Grab some foam board, a trusty box cutter, and lots of paint. Cut out the shape, carve details, and paint it to match your favorite character’s sword. Just remember, no demon-slaying allowed!

If foam isn't your thing, try using wood! Get a wooden plank, carve it to sword shape (carefully!), then sand and paint it. Add a hilt guard and wrap the handle if you want it to look more authentic.

From personal experience, making a Demon Slayer sword is all about patience and creativity. Use materials like PVC pipes or EVA foam for durability, and don't forget to include details like the inscriptions. It makes a huge difference!

Honestly, just grab some cardboard, tape, and spray paint. It won't last forever, but it'll look cool for a weekend convention!
