You can't technically make your 'own server' on Roblox, but you can create a VIP server for a specific game. Go to the game's page, click on the 'Servers' tab, and there should be an option to create a VIP server if the game supports it.

Just head over to the game's page, hit the 'Servers' tab, and look for the 'Create VIP Server' button. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
