First off, you're gonna need patience, 'cause making a texture pack ain't a walk in the park! Start by snagging the 'Texture Pack Template' from Terraria's official forums. It’s packed with all the original game assets. Then, choose your fave image editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.), and get creative! Replace the original images with your designs, but keep the same file names and formats. When you're done, just bundle your images into a .zip file, and voilà, you've made your own texture pack! Drop it in the Texture Packs folder in your Terraria game files and you're good to go.

Honestly, just download pre-made packs. Making your own requires too much effort IMO.

Made my own texture pack last summer and it's not as hard as it sounds! Get the template, tweak the images, and bam, you've got a fresh look for Terraria. Pro tip: keep an eye on pixel sizes to avoid weird-looking textures in-game.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
