It’s packed with all the original game assets. Then, choose your fave image editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.), and get creative! Replace the original images with your designs, but keep the same file names and formats. When you're done, just bundle your images into a .zip file, and voilà, you've made your own texture pack! Drop it in the Texture Packs folder in your Terraria game files and you're good to go.
