How to Make Your Page Private on Facebook
You can’t make a Facebook Page completely private, but you can restrict who sees it by changing the Page visibility settings to 'unpublish.' This will hide the Page from the public until you’re ready to make it visible again.

To make your Facebook profile more private, adjust your privacy settings. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Privacy and tweak who can see your posts, friend lists, and more.
Hate to break it to ya, but you can't make a Facebook page private. Your best bet is just to unpublish it if you want some privacy.
