Just unplug the PS3, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and try ejecting it again. Works for me every time!

Alright, here's the trick: Power off your PS3 completely. Then hold the eject button while turning the PS3 back on. The fan test kicks in, and your disc should pop out!

Honestly, sometimes you just gotta give your PS3 a shake while holding the eject button. Kidding... but maybe not entirely.

I had to do this once: Turn off the PS3, hold the eject button down, and flip the power switch on the back. The disc should come right out!
