Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. Select 'Reset and remove everything' if you want a full wipe!

Hold down the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts off, then restart and follow the prompts to reset.

Unplug the console for a minute. Sometimes a hard reset is all you need. Good luck!

When my Xbox One was acting up, I went to Settings > System > Console info and chose 'Reset and keep my games & apps.' Easy peasy!
