Niantic doesn’t allow merging accounts. You'll need to either transfer your favorite Pokémon to one account using a friend to assist or just pick your preferred account to continue playing.

From my experience, just choose one account and focus on it. Maybe even trade with yourself if you can to keep some of the good stuff!
