Merging Xbox Live accounts isn't possible. Your best bet is to choose one account to keep and manually transfer data where possible.

Nope, Microsoft doesn't let you merge Xbox Live accounts. You're stuck with what you got, mate.

Unfortunately, you can't directly merge Xbox Live accounts. You can, however, share one account's Xbox Live Gold subscription with other profiles on the same console using Home Xbox settings!

I've been down this road! Sadly, you can't merge accounts, but you can set up family sharing to get some of the benefits across both accounts.
