You can sometimes see their game and leave a message in game if the game has that feature enabled. Done this myself a few times!

You can't directly message someone on Roblox unless you're friends. But you can try commenting on their game or joining the same group to chat there!

Join a group they're in and use the group wall to leave a message. It's a great workaround!
