Mining Crimson in Terraria isn't as straightforward as clicking and digging! First, you'll need to get your hands on a Pickaxe capable of mining through Crimson blocks, which means either a Deathbringer Pickaxe or a stronger alternative. The Deathbringer Pickaxe can be crafted with Crimsonite bars, which you'll get by defeating the Brain of Cthulhu boss and using the tissue samples it drops along with Crimtane Ore. Once you've got your pickaxe, head to the Crimson area and start mining!

Honestly, just skip the Deathbringer Pickaxe. If you've got something better, use that. The point is to mine, not to collect every pickaxe in the game.

Easiest way? Get a bomb. Lots of them. Blow everything up. No need for fancy pickaxes. But seriously, defeat the bosses and get the right tools.
