Mirror trading in Pokemon GO is basically finding a friend and trading the exact same Pokemon. Just make sure you're within trading distance and have enough Stardust!

It's simple: find a buddy, agree on which Pokemon you'll be trading, and swap 'em! You'll need some Stardust, so don't forget about that.
