To move into a bigger house in State of Decay 2, you'll need to find a new home site marked on your map. Make sure you have enough Influence to claim it, and clear out any zombies lurking around the new spot! Once it's secure, head to the command center in your current base and choose the option to move your community to the new location.
You really just need enough Influence and to find an open home base. Easy peasy!
