You can't transfer a PS Plus subscription to another account. You'll need to cancel your current subscription and buy a new one for the other account.

No direct way to move PS Plus between accounts exists. Just set up the new account with PS Plus, and you're good to go!

I've tried this myself, and unfortunately, Sony doesn't allow moving a PS Plus subscription between accounts. Just sign up again on your new account.
