Sadly, you can't just pick up and move rooms in Fallout Shelter like you're redecorating your living room. The game doesn't let you move rooms once they're built. You've got to demolish and rebuild if you want it somewhere else. So, plan your layout carefully from the get-go to save caps!

I tried moving rooms around in my vault like a game of Tetris and learned the hard way – it's impossible. Had to destroy and rebuild my diner because it was way out of place. Cost me a bunch of caps, but hey, lesson learned.

Short and not-so-sweet: you can't. Once a room's down, it's there until the end of time (or until you decide to demolish it). Think twice before you build!

If you're a Fallout Shelter player looking for extra caps or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Fallout Shelter essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
